Luigi Frascarelli, Tai Chi Instructor

Luigi Frascarelli
Tai Chi Instructor
I'm 30 I've been practicing and studying taiji, qigong and gongfu (kungfu) for 4yrs. It all began watching bruce lee movies as a various kungfu flicks as a child and wanting to mimic their movements. I started martial arts training at a young age studying taekwondo and apkido only to stop when I began high school. In college, I was exposed to qigong and attended a few classes but something was missing. It wasn't until I started kungfu with sifu kee that I noticed the external and internal arts needed to be in my life. Now I live, eat and breathe internal and external wushu. I spend an average of 2 hours a day practicing my art. I know that taijiquan, qigong and gongfu have transformed my life in so many ways from feeling confident to being present in everything I do. I am grateful of both my sifu's (masters/teachers) and everything they have taught me.

George Rosselli, Yoga Instructor George Rosselli
Yoga Instructor
I started coming to Yoga Central in August 2005 when I suffered a serious back injury.  Instead of surgery, I chose Yoga and a healthier life style.  John Colvin, a great Yogi, was inspirational in my transformation and I will always be greatful. I'm proud to be following in his footsteps.  My goal as a Yoga instructor is to keep my students relaxed, challenged and wanting to come back for more.  Please come join me.
