Yoga Classes
Dynamic Flow Yoga: This class steps Energy Yoga up one level. It incorporates more advanced postures within the Vinyasa flowing style of yoga. Be prepared to sweat!
Agni Flow Hot Yoga: Purify, detoxify and Ignite Your Practice in this heated vinyasa yoga class. The room will be heated to allow for a deeper experience of this transformative approach to vinyasa flow yoga.
Kids' Yoga: Parents can take a break and feel good about their children participating in this class which promotes the strengthening of children's growing bodies and relaxation of their creative minds with the added benefits of focus and discipline.

SamaCore YogaTM is a sophisticated and specialized Core based yoga of integrated fitness. A system that cultivates a deeper level of inner and outer strength that supports everything we do and inspires us to live a life we love in a body we love.

The Art of Arm Balances and Inversions~ Spread your wings and Fly
In this workshop/yoga intensive we will explore the foundations of arm balancing, and provide tips and tricks to get your wings open and your body off the ground. Being upside-down and balancing on your hands can be one of the most exciting parts of a yoga practice. It can also be the most daunting. In this workshop, we will explore the mechanics of these poses and make them more accessible.
Bring your questions and take home a refreshed spirit and richer awareness of these striking asanas. Arm balances and inversions are liberating postures that teach us not only about our intrinsic power but about our innate playfulness, courage, fearlessness and agility. Learn a pathway to channel these postures into your practice with enthusiasm and ease.

Therapeutic Yoga for Back Care
This workshop will focus on the application for postures specifically for the low back and sacrum as well as hamstring openers. Often times, lower back strain and compression is caused by tightness or pulling in the hamstrings and buttocks. We will emphasize elements of supine postures within our practice that help to alleviate torque and compression in the pelvic girdle and spine.When we cultivate a greater level of inner stability and support, we are able to move through our lives more empowered in the dynamic peace and harmony.
Thai Yoga for Couples Workshop
Shataji will facilitate a journey for us, where we can experience the expanded bliss of giving as well as receiving, as we help one another to connect more deeply into the ecstacy of our own true essence. During the course of the class, we will move through a complete basic sequence that includes many of the essentials of Thai yoga bodywork. In turn, each partner will experience performing, as well as receiving, an entire basic session. Benefits include open communication to build trust; learning the cherished art of letting go; increasing range of motion in the joint assemblies, muscular and skeletal structure; and the breaking up of outdated cellular memories. Learn an extraordinary skill that you can use the rest of your life!
